Hope is a language of the soul. Hope is tangible, even in the midst of challenges. Hope is our strategy. It can be hard to put words to the feeling we have when we experience hope. But we are filled with hope when we see people look to the wellbeing of others.

Hope is not just wishful thinking. It rises in the midst of community, connection, & friendship. Your monthly subscription joins you to the Relume community. It connects you with the stories of our candle makers, and invites you to re-enter that story every time you light a candle, give one away, or share the Relume story with someone else.

Relume was born from a community of friendship, people walking alongside one another. A Relume subscription is a step of action that common, ordinary people can take to relight hope.

As a member of the Relume community, we want you to be inspired to befriend others, give generously, and see ways in your own community where you can relight hope.

Common Hope Subscription FAQs

  • When you start a subscription, the day you order becomes the same day you will be charged every month.
  • We refer to this date as your anniversary date.
  • Because we ship orders on Mondays and Fridays, we will ship on whichever day comes next after your anniversary date.
  • If you order a subscription for yourself, it will be ongoing until you tell us to stop.
  • We rotate through our current collection of scents. You can find out what the next scent will be either by subscribing to our newsletter or by emailing info@relumehope.com.
  • If you don’t want the featured scent of a given month, or prefer one of our unscented Jua candles, please email info@relumehope.com at least ten days before your anniversary date and let us know what you would prefer.
  • Simply log into your account at relumehope.com and cancel your subscription plan, or you can email info@relumehope.com at least 10 days before your anniversary date.
  • Go to our website relumehope.com, and log into My Account, click Subscription. Click View next to the subscription. Click the Change Address button in the “Actions” section of the subscription information. Enter the new address details in the form. Click Save Address.
  • This needs to be done 10 days before your anniversary date. After the candle has been delivered, go back into your account and change the delivery address back to your own, or wherever you prefer.
  • Absolutely! If you’d like them all to ship to the same address you can add each subscription to your cart and check out.
  • If you’d like to buy multiple subscriptions and have them shipped to different addresses you need to create a new order for each shipping address.
  • Yes! We’d love for you to do this!
  • Gift subscriptions can be for a duration of 3 months, 6 months, or ongoing.
  • To select one of our subscription plans, go to subscription type, select gift a subscription and then under duration select either 3 months, 6 months or ongoing.
